WORST, CHEATING, LYING, GREEDY, FAKE, FRAUD, FOOLING, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS services from vodafoneidea.


It's VERY VERY DISGUSTING USELESS, HOPELESS and MISGUIDING from vodafoneidea, their customercare and senior agents. Neverever believe or trust vodafoneidea or do any recharge from vi app, firstly the vi app is very very slow to open and even after opening always there is an error of everything in the app.


The vodafoneidea has a MISGUIDING, FOOLING, LYING AND CHEATING offers on vi for any recharge. For a month there was a BRIBING, FOOLISH, LYING and CHEATING spin wheel and win an iPhone FAKE and FRAUD offer. So on Monday 13/03/23 after 12:30 am a hero recharge was done on vi app, as soon as after the recharge was done there it showed an error and the message was that the issue will be resolved at 9 am in the morning. Neither there was an offer nor my account details were update even after successful recharge, as it was all stopped on the vi app. The other day the samething was reported to the vodafoneidea complaint number but MISGUIDING, MISCHIEVOUS, FOOLISH and USELESS replies from their customercare. So I mailed the same complaint via email because there was USELESS and HOPELESS reply from their customercare. So the agent called me to resolve my complaint but still no help and they demanded the screenshot of the error.


Though telling him that soon after the recharge the FRAUD and FAKE offer vanished and even my recharge details was not updated after the recharge it automatically it went back to the vi app homepage leaving an error that there's an error and it will be resolved till 9 am, this things are done on purpose by vodafoneidea. These CHEAP CHEATERS and LIARS just MISGUIDE and BRIBE their customer's by some FOOLING, LYING, USELESS and HOPELESS offers through vi app. They were just arguing for the error screenshot, though telling them after the successful recharge it automatically went to the vi app homepage and everything was lost so from where should I give them the error screenshot.


It's a VERY VERY DISGUSTING, DISSAPOINTING AND HOPELESS services from vodafoneidea there are many issues in their network too they haven't cleared the voice breaking issue, many a times their there is no 4G logo always shows E logo the internet is very very slow working on 2G, though they BOAST themselves as the fastest internet provider but nothing in action. No proper help from their complaint no.198 always MISGUIDING, MISCHIEVOUS and DISSAPPOINTING replies and plus very BORING IVR calling unnecessarily keeps on waiting for a longer time.


It's a VERY VERY DISGUSTING, DISSAPOINTING AND HOPELESS from vodafoneidea, nowadays vodafoneidea is not giving the customer's what he says, neither the network is good nor the speed plus there is a breaking of voice in between the calls.


It's VERY VERY DISGUSTING, DISSAPOINTING and HOPELESS from vodafoneidea always a FOOLING, LYING, FAKE and FRAUD offers of winning an iPhone if recharge is done only on vi app.
