WORST, CHEATING, LYING, CHEAP, FALSE, FOOLING, FAKE, FRAUD, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS from vodafoneidea and their so-called techical team or network engineer.
It's VERY VERY CHEAP, DISGUSTING AND DISSAPPOINTING from vi for LYING AND CHEATING towards customer's complaint. Firstly you people don't want to resolve the network issue for what the customer is facing, voice breaking and call accessible issue and unnecessarily duped wrong allegations on the handset. Secondly the samething was done of LYING and CHEATING by your so-called UNHELPFUL, CARELESS AND BOTHERLEDS INEXPERIENCED NETWORK ENGINEER.
The IDIOT who called me and asked to confirm the setting on my handset but I unknowingly told him that volte doesn't appear actually I was mistaken it was there near the signal bars. When you people from last 2-3 years I raised the complaint of voice breaking, low internet speed, call accessible problem but vi and he doesn't want to work on my complaint and unnecessarily duped everything on the handset.
I do face very often a very low internet speed(E) some days back for this too you can't blame the handset. This handset was change almost 7-8 months back but my complaint is of long back maybe 2-3 years back you can't blame the handset you people and that idiot who called me(086570 0xxxx) are just CARELESS, NEGLIGENT, BOTHERLESS AND IGNORANT.
There is only IGNORANCE from vi and your so-called network engineer neither to work nor to resolve the complaint, to let you know that vi doesn't have the CALIBRE to give proper resolution and network. Don't ever BOAST of building 100 towers every hour instead give proper resolution and network to the customer.
