I am rather surprised on the negative ratings given by most of the respondents to Vitesse. I found them very courteous. The executive Mr. Sanjay Pandey took pains to show me all the models within my budget, and then ensured a proper test drive. At no point he seemed to be in a hurry to close a deal which Is really an irritating behaviour I found in Spectra executives.
They gave me a reasonable value for my old Maruti 800, and charged me only the adjusted amount during the time of booking. I was given a checklist of the documents that I needed to submit. I did so and got my brand new Maruti Eeco within two weeks. Now this is rather quick, as others gave me a delivery time of four to six weeks for the same vehicle( registration time not included). On the day of the delivery I was received by Mr. Shahid Pathan. He was ready with the necessary documents to hand over the vehicle. He had a checklist ready with him, and the handing over of the documents, explanation of the vehicle functions went off like a flawless military drill. I appreciate that Vitesse is now concentrating building processes. I must put it on record that the procedures took 45 mins but was not slack.
I have happy experience and would like others to give it a try. On the finance I cannot comment as I brought the car on full payment. Post sale service, I still have to try out.
