Service not upto the expectation. Review on Vistara

I actually expected high about the service of this Vitara airline but it's poor service and untimely flight disappointed me.On this platform I share my true experience with all the readers.

I was to fly to Kolkata from New Delhi and the time was specific.It was to fly late.On the date of the journey no sms was sent and after reaching the airport we were told that the flight will be delayed.It immediately killed our mood.Now you wait and yawn innumerable times.It made me peevish.No reason could be explained and last we heard that the craft came late from another source.

The staffs are not smart and casual with a complete disregard towards the inconvenience faced by the passengers.They were not apologetic and sympathetic.Only they perambulated upon here and there but did not tell us the reason.

The seating space especially the space for keeping your knees was very thin.The space between the rows of seats was also thin and narrow.

In terms of punctuality the flight failed.The standard and quantity of food was very cheap and beyond explanation.

We at last reached the destination one hour and twenty minute late.

I can not recommend.The air hostesses are not empathetic as they do not serve water immediately after they have been requested.The service is not upto the level of expectations.
