On the whole, our experience was very good. All the staff in all departments are very efficient & courteous. We were assisted well at all times starting from counselling by the Doctor to all the others at all counters and floors at every stage, which made the entire process seamless for us. Would highly recommend Vikram Hospital to people known to us. The patient felt very comfortable & is very happy to have undergone surgery here! Thank you all so much!
