Hello friends, I want this share my worst experience with Vijaya Bank. I have account of Vijaya saving bank account. I have open account at MP ( INDORE) BUT unable to operate the service from Nagpur Vijaya Bank branch of Trimurti Nagar Nagpur.
I went to Trimurti Nagar branch to withdraw cash amount rs 2500/- by filling up withdrawal form. They won't allow to do this, currently at that time I don't have ATM and cheques book. I ask manger by filling withdrawal form I can withdraw amount. They won't allow me.
Then what do you mean of " core banking " system, they have no answer at all. They told me you have account of MP CANT WITHDRAWAL FROM. NAGPUR MH.
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE WHEN BANKS ARE CLAIMING "CORE BANKING". I SHOWN MY ID AND DIGITAL COPY OF PASSBOOK.
POOR AND WORST SERVICES.
