Dear Team,
Im oldest satisfied customer of Vijay Sales(Mira Road), but when i come to Recently purchased Haier Refrigerator im very much shocked that Vijay Sales gave me such faulty product.
I purchased a Haier refrigerator from Vijay Sales on 23rd June 2024, and unfortunately, it has been a deeply disappointing experience. Just two months after installation, the refrigerator stopped cooling. A service technician visited and refilled the gas, temporarily resolving the issue.
However, the same problem has resurfaced recently, and despite multiple technician visits (Complaint ID: TH20250410000136), the issue remains unresolved. Even after my repeated follow-ups, there's still no proper resolution, and the technicians themselves advised me to escalate the matter to Haier directly for a potential replacement.
And today after i raised complaint here, Haiers Service centre requesting me to replace compressor, which i was denied for this? Why such issues i have to bare? What after one year of Warranty?
This refrigerator is still under warranty till June 2025, and it's unacceptable that such a major fault has occurred twice within a year. I expected better quality and after-sales service both from Haier and Vijay Sales.
I urge Vijay Sales to take responsibility and support me in getting a replacement of this faulty unit at the earliest. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience with a product that should have offered peace of mind.
