Really a worst customer experience.
I bought one Lloyd AC on 19th May which got delivered on the 4th day, 22nd . The enginner visited on the same evening and identified the interiors are broken. I lodged the complaint at the customer care desk along with the store, i bought the AC from and the agrees on replacing the unit. Now both are playing a game and asking me to have patience and they are wrong on this.
It's been 6 days now and I am still wating it to be installed.
Also, it compels to give minimum 3 star.
What a service.
