I had booked panasonic AC on 30th April 2025 from Vijay sales, I had also paid 500rs to them for the site visit. Vijay sales had sent panasonic representative at our home on 2nd May 2025(Ishwar Kumar), he had inspected our site and suggested that we need to make door by cutting grill to put AC outdoor unit outside, also asked to make a hole in the window so that copper pipe can be passed through. We had made necessary provisions from fabricator by paying 7000rs .next day company had sent service boy at our home to install the air conditioners. After visiting our site, he had denied to install AC as he asked to fit a box outside to keep the outdoor unit and he demanded 9000 rs to carry out this operation including installation.this is extremely pathetic and worst service provided by Panasonic and Vijjay sales, they should clearly inform to customer whether it's really possible to install AC or not as paying 32000 for ac and paying another 18k for the installation purpose doesn't make any kind of sense.
Unfortunately I had returned my product and also wasted 7000rs which I spent for Window cutting and grill door.
