VIJAY_SALES is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

We bought a Samsung 465 liter fridge from Vijay Sales Noida Sector 18. Vijay Sales sold us into buying their 4 year Annual Maintenance Contract for Rs. 10, 000, with golden promises. The fridge stopped cooling after a year and a half, and It turned out that Vijay Sales has outsourced the after sales service for the AMCs to a third rate company, Onsitego. Dealing with Onsitego was extremely painful. Buy the brand AMC instead. We're now on a campaign to get Vijay Sales to transfer our AMC from Onsitego to Samsung.
