I was existing customer of vijay sales since 2019 .
I buy a product i.e washing machine of godrej 1 day ago after delivery another day guy come for installation he been so disappointing didn't explain anything properly and there are so less features in this model while the way salesman from Vijay sales explained us when I saw the features at home after delivery I called to branch n I asked for replacement the manager being so disappointing and not agreeing for replacement while we haven't used product yet it's jus been 1 day ago we got so upset n I will make sure I won't be continue purchasing any product from Vijay sales this was last time Im getting so regret not gonna suggest anyone with my reference to buy anything
