I recently purchased a MacBook from Vijay Sales, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. Right after purchasing, I opened the box in front of their staff only to find that the product was damaged. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, the staff began questioning me with, “Did you break the seal?” despite witnessing the unboxing themselves.
What shocked me further was the response from the purchase department. One of the representatives, a girl from the team, casually told me, “Please inform this to the online team, this is not our problem.” This is unacceptable. As a customer, I expected accountability and support, not blame-shifting and apathy.
Never buy from this store they were trying to sell defective product after i inform they blamed me
