I have purchased a fully automatic Bosch washing machine 2 days back. When the installation person came to install he found a fully dented machine. Called Vijay sales they are not taking any onus, they say you liase with Bosch for replacement. Also we were misguided by the sales person Mr . Sunil to buy this machine saying it dries 99 percent of clothes whereas the Bosch installation person claimed 60 percent. Customers misguided on products so that they can push their damaged products. Worst experience, near ever buy from Vijay sales Chakala branch.
