Videocon is one of the biggest conglomerates in India. When I found out that they are coming into telecommunication business, I didn't really have a lot expectations from them.
I purchased videocon sim card because of my curiosity. They used to have one of the lowest network charges among other operators. But after a week I was completely frustrated and realized the reason behind their low call rates. The network is the worst aming all. There are a lot unnecessary balance deductions.The customer support of this company is a joke. Most of the time they are busy and whenever they pick up the phone they are never really helpful at all.
I have learnt my lesson and never going back to use videocon. I don't recommend videocon to anyone.
