I was a user of VI. But I got fed up with its services. It does not have any network coverage. In an open area inside cities like faridabad and gurugram also, its network coverage is poor, call drop rates are higher and internet is slow. And when it comes to plan rates they are the higher end. Reaching customer care is a difficult task in itself.
