Like any other business venture who are least bothered once fees are paid.
The relationship managers offer no help.
Rescheduling classes is difficult if the dedicated teacher has many students. My kid's teacher left Vedantu. She was allotted a new teacher. After that I have never been able to reschedule classes whenever I needed to.
Assignments are not great.
