Uttrakhand open university Is not good aa a open university.
My friend was take admission in BA art stream. He started study and make examnation successful but His marking was too low. He got only 48%
He attempt to rechecking their copies that make a it to 56% .
He was happy but the firstyear are like this.
So The seond year was going at this time but he was always think that how the resulr of next year is.
May be its was good or not
But the checker of this univercities that are lazy and not checked copies rightlyy.
