I bought these fans(13 in numbers) in May, 2018. In the last 3 months, I have to get 6 fans replaced and 3 fans repaired. The tech takes about 4-7 days to get this done. I used to be a Usha company admirer but not any more, because these guys have outsourced everything, and selling the poor quality stuff to the people just to make money.
My advice would be not to buy these fans even the company distribute it for FREE, because the harrassment associated with replacement/repair is not worth it. It costs more than the value of the fan. If you are low on budget, please go for some local made fan, which are much cheaper than this CRAP.
