PATHETIC! I ordered 5 expensive plants with their promise of next day delivery. After wasting an entire day without they communication, they sent me 4 plants and missing trays of the pots that I ordered, Their customer service is so pathetic on whatsapp. They dont respond to emails, whatsapp chats. I feel scammed by them overall, cheating me of my money and time with no response to queries. My next step is to lodge consumer complaint on Akanksha Gupta and Sambhav Jain who is running this fraudulent systematic scam.
