I subscribed the Urdoorstep.com services for 2 years in Bangalore at Kasavanahalli area. I moved to other location where Urdoorstep.com services are not available. Urdoorstep.com also confirmed the same. After getting confirmation I requested for refund of the amount in my wallet.
There was not a single response after that. It is been a month now neither they are totally silent on refund of the amount.
They willingly kept Rs 1000 as minimum recharge and then avoid refunding the amount also if you move to new place where they cannot serve.
