Parents and students do not have a direct option to reschedule classes; this must be arranged through the teacher. Class durations are fixed at one or two hours, with no option for 1.5 hours. If a teacher arrives late, disappears during the session, or ends early, there are limited grounds for complaint. The quality and content of the teaching are not monitored unless parents review the recorded sessions. Additionally, promised demo sessions may be cancelled by teachers without notifying parents, and Urban Pro may claim that the student missed the demo. There are other concerns as well.
