Urbanic is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ordered an item in dec last year still not receieved it. Urbanic said its shipped and cannot be returned. After 3 months got the confirmation from delivery company xpressbee that they returned the order on 1st feb to urbanic even then the return was rejected by urbanic and no refund issued. There are no satisfactory replies to mail. Issues a complaint in customer court even then no heed. Clear case of fraud and deceit. FYI no way to reach out to the customer care of urbanic on call says a lot about them. Awb no 14346992612500
