Hi All,
I have used urbanclap service twice now. What I have observed they charged me 900 for AC repair, which is 200 more than the local service guy charges.
The next time I used it for my water leakage issue for that they charged me 3000 excluding the raw material.
They are just good when you don't have enough time to monitor they are doing. The service guys are fine with their work but you cannot rely on them when you have some urgent task. They take their on time.
The site covers all the services major and minor but that depends on the availability of the employee. Customer support guy doesn't help you with the latency.
