upGrad is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I recently enrolled in the CMMI course on Upgrad Knowledge Hut in Mar'25. Due to a personal situation, I asked to reschedule the date for my course, and they rescheduled it for 5th May 2025. suddenly received a mail from Upgrad Knowledge Hut stating the scheduled class was cancelled(cancelled due to operational constraints). They are given an alternative for a recorded session of CMMI or a Generative AI course session. So I asked refund and they initiated my refund request on 7th May'2025. But still to and fro mails are going, but nothing will happend. I have never seen such poor service from a reputed brand.
