I frequently visiting to this show room and service station as well.
I went 3 to 4 time for new bike enquiry but the time taken by staff to attain the customer is too much, so these visit dose not make my decision for buy a hero bike.
The bike kept on ramp want not so clean and impressive. Also the bike park front of the showroom was not at all cleaned, some part was missing and when I reported the same the person was not interested to make a note of it.
The most bad part of the information/ presentation is the person who gave the information was not form sale team. I was attended by cleaning staff and finance team staff. so the visit not create the final decision to buy with them.
