UNBOXIFY.IN TRIED TO CHEAT ME BY NOT DELIVERING MY PRODUCT. NEVER PAY THEM IN ADVANCE. THE WEBSITE OF UNBOXIFY DOES NO REAVEAL THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER. THEY ONLY USE WHATASAPP NUMBER FOR COMMUNICATION AND KEEP CHANGING THIS NUMBER. UNBOXIFY IS A SCAM.
Beware of this website unboxify.in where they advertise for high end products and collect full amount in advance and then promise a long delivery days of 10 days or more, unlike amazon or Flipkart that delivers in 3 days.
I had ordered Insta360 pro camera and paid Rs 19, 900 as advance against order no Order #KL23220168UN dated 3-8-2025. They had promised to send me delivery details on or before 12-8-2025 for delivery of the product on 13-8-2025(10 days delivery time).
But they have failed to deliver the product in 10 days and stated that they will now give delivery details on 14-8-2025 about when they would deliver the product. It means that they will give "delivery date" on 14-8-2025 for a product that was committed "for delivery" on 13-8-2025.
They are cheaters and they advertise for sale of a product even when they do not have that product for delivery.
Avoid dealing with this company that is located in Behror, Rajasthan and hey only know how to take advance money and then neither delivering the product or refunding the amount. They will even try to convinve you to buy some other product from their website when you ask for refund.
They are very secretive about their cell number and operate through whatsapp as if they are committing sone crime. Why they are not transparent and open.
They deal through whatsapp only so that thy close one number and operate another one after cheating a bunch of people.

First the owner of the company says that the battery is not working so there is delay in arranging another battery, so I asked for refund as I have already bought a camera from else where as I cannot keep waiting for these morons as they keep changing their statements. On asking for refund, the owner now says that he is abroad. As if refunds cannot be made from abroad in this digital age. Now they want me to buy some other product from them.
Their every statement is misleading and every action is disgusting. When it comes to refund they have suddenly gone abroad.
They were also misleading me by advertising for the sale of Insta "360 Ace Pro camera" whereas their intention was to sell Insta "360 ace", which is a much inferior and outdated model with prices almost half. It means they do not know themselves what they are selling or may be they are acting innocent.
I will keep updating here. I have to get back my money by hook or crook.

Now these UNBOXIFY people send email to me asking me to remove these reviews. These UNBOXIFY cheaters want me to remove this review in order to receive the refund. See, how degraded these seasoned cheaters are.
They have fear that after reading this review they will lose many of their targets. But I will not stop here and keep writing reviews on various platforms till I get refund.

Search in google for "unboxify fraud" and see how many people were cheate by them.
I have nothing against them, but as an awakened citizen of India, it is my duty to bring the fraud to the light so that other buyers become cautious. My advice to the buyers is that never pay advance but ask for cash on delivery. On receiving the product, open it in front of the delivery person to ensure that all is well. If cash on delivery option is not available then avoid buying from such seller.
