Hi all, I would like to share the food experience with udupi garden hotel. Usually Pongal I like verymuch. but after I had it in udupi garden I never approached the pongal in any of the hotels. In pamplet it was shown as little bit solid where as the reality is too much opposite. They offered the pongal parcel in a plastic box. As soon as I reach the home I was hurried to eat but the pongal fully liquid. It made me frustrated and I was about to xomplain that. but no use.they are not ready to hear the customer concerns. After the collection of money the cashier will see us as how fast the customer will go out of the dining place. hotel management must check the quality of their products.
