Uber Fraud and Surge pricing continues. Review on Uber Cabs

Even after govt. has banned surge pricing Uber continues to charge it,only difference is there is no alert message shown to the customers.When I asked cust care about the same, Mr Mohd had agreed UBER continues charging surge pricing!

Also, I want to highlight the pathetic experience with uber. I booked Uber from Manyata tech park and driver didn't turn up even after 15-20 mins, he didn't receive my calls nor called! Suddenly I realised my trip has started without me! Now I don't understand how uber can allow this kind of non-sense? I was also charged Rs 50 for the trip! **Driver name is Mr Anil,** beware of this driver, **he is big fraud and cheat!**! I am attaching screenshot for everyone. if driver had actually picked me up, why will I get down before my destination and pay Rs 50? Uber is refusing to take action against this driver, giving an excuse! This driver needs to be suspended for sure so that no other drivers do such things!
