I was using Uber from 2 years. Because that time I thought uber is the best service that I could get at Kolkata.But I didn't use it since 6 month so, I don't know why they cancelled my account I don't able to use the Uber anymore.
I tried to recover my account but apps said you need to talk our customer care service.
I don't have that much time so I used another cab intead of that. But the problem is that 6 month ago when I used last time uber cab. I was travelling from Mukundapur to Esplanade Kolkata. Where approx bill always came under Rs220-300.
But I don't know how that day bill was only 53 rupees. so, I thought there would be any surprise or special discount.
Then I paid the amount and went for my work, but after sometime the cab driver call me and told me that the actual price is 260 rupees but I don't understand how then he has taken 53 rupees.
Then also I told you you can take money from my pick up area tomorrow or today night but he told he might not able to come.
After that customer care call me and told me that there was some mistake and you have to pay extra remaining rupees I have said the same thing to the customer support.
They told they me we will charge or add the remaining amount on my next ride in that also I have said ok but when after 6 month I used it again, I came to see that my account has been blocked I don't know why they have done this.
So this was the my experience while using Uber Cab, hope you will like my review.
