I read an artcle today where a sympathetic justification has been written for the Drivers. I say this to Saumya Sir who has written the article. Sympathy should be for the victim, who can be a rider as well as a driver. His articles speaks of the sufferings of the OLA/Uber Drivers. Some empathy should also be given to riders who have suffered. I am attaching my review an incident and his article. I request everyone to be humane to others. The NCR cabs should improve their system so that both drivers and riders do not suffer. There should be NO BIAS.
