I have to say, executive from TrueWay Packers and Movers were very helpful, specially I have to mention movement manager Sikander the way he handle throughout the process and the It will make my day towards customers. I have already appreciated him over the calls and I would love share this note online with all.
First call itself they assured to answer to my queries. They recommended the date and time for movement and the quantity of the stuff to be moved so that entire movement goes smooth.
Driver and staff whom I have received were really helpful while loading and unloading, .This experience really created good impression towards TrueWay Packers and Movers, it made me really happy.
In terms of payment whatever they quoted accordingly to the quantity of stuff and the no. of labor and vehicle selection their team and my movement manager Mr. Sikander helped and He was giving me daily Follow up calls he was really helpful movement manager he was in touch and enquired about the process the movement manager Mr. Sikander called and informed me that the packers and movers team is starting from their place and should be reaching my home in between the given slot timing they were punctual. They again called before knocking on our door to confirm that they now can enter the house. This helped us to be prepared with covid protocols. hygiene. There were four people in their team. They all were in double masks. I didn't expect these much from them.
They all packed everything in 5 hours and that too so neatly. They looked quite experienced.
I saw them carrying bubble wrap rolls and several big cartoons. Big tapes, plastic wraps, tool sets and all the necessary stuffs was with them. we did not have to give them anything apart from some institutions the movement manager Mr. Sikander and the team had indeed done a great job.
