If you are expecting a Hassel free trip/vacation please do not book through "TripFactory" company.


Non cooperative employees especially "Bidesh" and "Aishwarya", Thanks to the poor planning and co-ordination of the above people we could not enjoy our trip to the fullest. Our simplest of the requests were denied upright.


We missed seeing the most important place in Gangtok the nathula pass due to "Aishwarya's" pathetic planning. When confronted with our concerns she disappeared for days.


The telegram group was a waste.


Darjeeling hotel booked by them was a dumpster. We were lucky to not catch any disease from the locality/hotel where we stayed.
