Their strategy is to sell cheap air tickets as compared to other travel portals which entices the customers to obviously purchase the best price fares.. It happened today (Sep 22, 2021) that I booked my tickets through this site as I got the best fare as compared to other sites and exactly after 15 minutes I got a call from their pseudo call center from a lady named Jaya who mentions that my booking has been cancelled due to some operational issues and assures to return my money back within 8-10 working days which I believed. Unfortunately my husband booked my ticket from the same site thinking to give me a surprise which turned out to be a shocker as he experienced the same scenario and this is when we started to research about the company and realized that they are dubious.. Please NEVER book tickets from this site.
