Please please please don't use this website. Use any site but this. They will make you do the payment. And then cancel your ticket without even informing you. You will get a call that your ticket couldn't be booked coz that fare got expired. And then obviously you will ask them about the refund. And then the waiting game begins. You can expect to wait for at least 3 months. And still, as in my case, i didn't get the refund in my bank account. I got it in my travolook wallet. After waiting for 3 months. I'm a frequent flyer myself. I used the airline website to book tickets till now. This time i got lured by the low price travolook was offering. But anyways, i have learnt my lesson. Please save your money. Go to a good third party website or the airline website directly. I'm attaching my wallet screenshot that they have given me after 3 months. I can't use that money for anything else except for booking on travolook again. Which I'm very sure will result in the same booking pain that i just endured.
