I made a booking ID TGU0001309352, for City Centura Hotel in Bangalore as I have my kids admission examination the next day. I booked it seeing a 2 star rating for the hotel.
We checked in on 14th Feb to this hotel. The hotel was under renovation and everything was in a pathetic condition. The lift, TV nothing was working, bed sheet with big holes, furniture all take out for renovation, it was like a store room.
Moreover, there were dance bar running in the basement with all sorts of nuisance till 11:30-12:00. We somehow spent the night in the room as we reached there at 11:30 and had to leave for school at 7:00 in the morning.
When we called to report the same thing to Travel Guru instead of apologizing they are saying you should have called us from the hotel itself!
