We plan a trip from mumbai to Haridwar, Rishikesh and Mussorie from travel bingo operators in mumbai itself. The journey was to start late at night s that early morning could reach Haridwar. However, the tour operator did not give us driver number and at midnight, we are waiting for driver to come. He comes a hour late saying technical default in the car.
I could smell alcohol from his breadth and thought to talk to him next morning. The driver was very rude and he was driving ruthlessly. Somehow, we finished our trip and while returning The driver had alcohol, due to which we saved a major accident. I was filled with anger and at that time I could not resist where he was arguing that he was not intoxicated. I called the tour operator to complain but they said it is not allowed and it cannot happen. I drove back the car as was not feeling safe with him and returned back.
The tour operator never accepted the fault and took whole charge as decided. I would never ever go with travel bingo travels tour operator in future and would advise all not to do the same
