                                                            I had placed an order  (Sub-Order ID: 10729846_01) which I decided to cancel. Unfortunately I  had made the payment in advance using my credit card. When I decided to cancel the order and requested cancellation on 9th September, **Tradus** responded (after few days) stating the order is under processed and cannot be cancelled.
I had to follow up rigorously and I also raised the concern with their management but no body cared to respond back to address my concerns. Finally the order was delivered on 18th September which I anyways had made my mind to decline.
I  have following the concerns:
1) Despite clear mails from me stating cancellations (on 9th September 2013) and telephonic discussion stating refund, why Tradus is still shipping (on 16th September 2013) the product and delaying the refund process further. Why did Tradus wasted at least 10 days in shipping and not cancelled the order in beginning itself?
2) Currently Tradeus mentioned the money will reflect in my account by 4th October at earliest when they are resolving the issue on priority. I have to wait for almost a month to get my refund (I raised cancellation request on 9th September).
3) As per buyers protection policy, The order should be automatically cancelled by 11th September 2013 if seller do not revert with shipment details. There was no response from seller till 16th September 2013 but no action taken by Tradus.
4) Clearly Tradus is pushing the product and delaying the process in order to avoid the refund of money. This is not a good business practice and will not help them winning customers.
I wish I had opted for Cash on delivery, I am sure Tradus would not have processed the order at all and the product would not be shipped. That would saved me from all the hassles and pain to follow up for my refund.
One piece of advice from me. NEVER MAKE ADVANCE PAYMENT. RETAILER WILL PUSH TO SELL THEIR PRODUCT EVEN IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BUY IT. IF YOU CHOOSE COD, YOU WILL HAVE PEACE OF MIND.
