I recently booked a weekend trip through Tourascave after seeing their packages on Instagram. Their website looks professional and the booking process was smooth. The package price was also reasonable, which made me give it a try.
The hotel they provided was decent but not exactly what was shown in pictures. The itinerary was not followed properly, and we missed a couple of spots due to poor time management. The vehicle was comfortable, but the driver seemed confused about the route sometimes.
Customer support was okay, but not very responsive once the trip had started. I feel they should improve their communication and give more accurate details before the trip.
I’m giving 3 stars because the trip wasn’t terrible – we did have fun, but it didn’t meet all expectations. If they work on better planning and honest coordination, they can become a great travel service.
