Touchdown bar is within the Green meadows property near palavakkam beach. It was the first decent place that I found close to the beach in that area where I could grab a beer and chill out on a nice lovely weekend. They serve kingfisher and British Empire beer and all other liquor which is available at most bars. There is a large screen to live watch matches (soccer /cricket)as well and also its Its fun playing pool chill with your friends.
The biggest disadvantage of this place is that they don't serve any non veg snacks, now that's something interesting to talk about.. the moment u ask the waiter " whats good in non-veg snacks" reply " "nothing in no veg sir" wtf, you should have been there and seen the looks on the face of my friends hahah. but since the place was cozzy we all managed with sum veggies. The staffs were little bit slow in serving, at time they forget the orders and you have to remind them time and again. Something or management to work on.
