Tikona as a Internet service provider need to work more on its service part because as a client I am not that much satisfied with it. Need to work on commitments as most of the time internet is too slow in delhi or out of order.
Is is because they put the internet box most of the time on terrace and most of the time signals are not there because of bad weather sometimes because of server down.
tikona as ISP is average and people who are planning to take its services think twice.
as they take 1 month advance with the setup fees so you cant do much.
