Tikona is a bunch of bxxxxxx waiting to rob customers money. Only thing thats fast with tikona is the subscription process. They will do it just in 20 min. But there the customers bad time starts. the LOL part is the service engineers asks for tips after connection is given:O Support: I did give 50 complaints on various issues in the span of 60 days, and none are resolved but I do see resolved messages from customer care. the support works that way.
I am form chennai and I hear similar stories from my colleagues all time and it keeps on going. On dec 10th 2016 a cyclone hit chennai cost and the Tikona broadband didnt resume their services since then LOL. I switched to ACT broadband which the best network I've used till now. 100% genuine service provider.
I think Tikona is a Fxxxxxx network and dont even worth a review or a rating.
I never recommend this Fxxxxxx to any one
