Hi all, I have connected Tikona WiBro Last Month. The speed, which I have taken is 300 kbps. First of all the area managers are not proactive. Tikona has hired a bunch of unprofessional who don't even know the Ethics of being a area manager. Tikona should educate them how to deal a customer. They should also own the task of giving a proper connection to the end user.
My connection approximately more than a a month, still it is not fully connection. I am supposed to get a router, which is still pending from Tikona. God knows when I will get that..
regarding the speed. I am not getting 25bps, 300 kbps is just a bad promise.Find below some statistics which will tell about the reliability of the connection. Tikona is just bullshitting and fooling people. particularly the area managers are good for nothing.
