I tried out Tikona (so called broadband) wireless in March 2010. The connectivity was very poor, despite repeated complaints they never did anything except promise that the speed will improve "shortly" after some new modifications to their system.
I disconnected the service and informed them. Every 10 days somebody would call and ask if they could collect their modem. Despite saying yes, please do it nobody turned up. I soon understood why-they continued to send me bills!
I called up their so called Tikona care (careless should be a more appropriate word-rhymes well with wireless)-they said oh sorry yes, you are disconnected, we will not send you bills.
No such thing. I continue to get SMS threats to pay up or else they will refer my case to a collection agency.
Now their phone is always busy and never reachable. I wonder to which forum I should complain. This is extortion and cheating at its worst.
