Tikona WiBro has its name for providing the fastest and the reliable internet through out the country. Their broadband plans are great enough from basic to extensive plan ranging from low cost to high cost plan at great price.
I have used tikona internet for almost a year that is before 5-6 years from now. Even at the time the overall experience was pretty great and bandwidth speed is pretty fast.
But I am about to describe one incident which really made me took decision of removing the tikona wibro.
Actually registering a plan of 2Mbps for 3 months I was enjoying the overall service but when my plan was about to finish the tikona didnt inform me and even after 3 months my internet connection was discontinued but I was not informed about this.
So I was using as usual on the daily basis and after two days they informed me that your internet pack has been discontinued.
And after a week I got a bill in which an extra charge of Rs.2500 was mention so I contacted the support team and they said they cant help me. And I decided not to pay the rest of the amount because it was mistake from tikona and after a week I got a letter from court that I have been cased by tikona wibro for not paying the amount.
