I have purchased The Sleep Company mattress from Baner, Pune. The store is just present in a good area. Rest all things go by God's Will.
My mattress cost roughly 73000 Rs and they delivered me a wrong a cheaper one mattress.
I am continuously following and writing emails to the customer support but no solution for this. They don't have any control over the delivery. They can't alot specific time frame.
I would suggest to stay away from this company as much as you can before investing. Before even using their product, I have faced horrible issues.
I really doubt how they are going to provide 10 year warranty after that.
Stay away from getting scammed !!!
