My courier was dispatched from Amalapuram on 3rd June and recieved at Pune on 7th June Morning. When I called several times she started searching and finally told me that it is available and I have to personally go and collect on 10th June.
2016 as their dispatch employee was on leave. Bullshit service.Better to close and stop frustrating people. I would not even rate them as 1 but there is no option.
