Use the Power of Habit to make corrections you've been meaning to make but haven't had the time. I've learned to exercise on a daily basis, get up early, and eat healthy foods. My wellbeing has improved as a result of my habits and methods, and if it worked for me, it can certainly work for you. I've also developed the practice of reading before bed instead of lazily browsing through my phone.
