I deeply regret purchasing a holiday package from Pacific Holiday World. Their sales team made big promises but delivered nothing close to what was assured. Here’s why you should avoid them at all costs:
1?? False Promises & Misleading Sales Tactics
I was promised luxury stays comparable to Westin, Crowne Plaza, and Club Mahindra. When I actually tried booking, they offered me budget hotels available for ₹2, 000 per night on regular booking platforms.
If I wanted cheap hotel rooms, I could have booked them myself without paying ₹3 lakhs for a so-called "premium" membership!
2?? Unusable Membership & Hidden Blackout Dates
They claimed “no blackout dates” in their feature page, but every time I tried to book, they found an excuse to deny it. They deliberately put conflicting statements in different documents and conveniently show the statement that favors them.
Example: I requested a Goa hotel 3 months in advance, and they refused, saying it was “too early.” Then I asked 45 days before travel, and they said it was a “busy season” and couldn’t book.
Clearly, they don’t have a reliable hotel network and are just trapping people in a useless, non-cancellable package!
3?? Zero Customer Support – No Refund Even After a Month of Follow-ups
Due to their deceptive practices, I requested a full refund on December 2, 2024.
It has been over a month, and they keep giving generic responses like “we have forwarded your request to the concerned department.”
No accountability, no refund, no resolution.
?? Final Verdict: DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRAP! ??
They are experts at making false promises to take your money and then ignoring you when you ask for a refund.
If you’re thinking of buying their package, you’re better off booking your own hotels online.
I will be taking legal action and posting on consumer complaint forums to warn others about their scam-like practices.
