Pacific_Holidays is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
They forged my and my wife's signatures to secure a fraudulent loan from HDFC Bank without our consent, document & OTP.
I received multiple calls from The Pacific Holiday World inviting me & my wife to a seminar. After attending they took our feedback forms and later forged our signatures to take a loan from HDFC Bank without our approval or OTP.
When I contacted their executive Ms. Shikha(858703xxxx) and Mr. Amir(783602xxxx). Mr. Amir arrogantly said:
"Pacific Holiday World is a big company, you can't do anything. Even if you go to court, you will get nothing."
I have already raised the issue to the DCP Crime branch, CM window & Home Ministry.
