I would like to begin by saying that all robin sharma books are really very inspiring and would recommend everyone to read his books.
The monk who sold his his ferrari is also a great book by robin sharma.Coming back to the leader who had no title it is a very motivational book.People who are bored of their regular jobs are same routines should read this book to find the spark within themselves.The book demonstrates that no job is small and if it it done with a good attitude it can lead to fulfillment.
